I consider my colleagues as family. These are the people that I closely work with in my functional team. Though we are working from different regions, we do understand each other - personal and work related.
Flexibility is the #1 thing that I like most about DXC. My functional lead (NOT MY MANAGER) is very understanding and since we are results-oriented, we don't care much about what time we report to work as long as we are able to deliver the work.
Higher flexben - Flexben amount has been the same for a long time. And it has been raised several times in all the townhalls but the feedback has always been - this will be reviewed, ergo NO CHANGES. Higher % of increase / promotion should be given to valuable employees /high performers.
