
Being open and I have people within my team who is at the same level of passion (or probably more than me)
I get to try new things and that I have the freedom to decide and execute what I think is best for the team
Promotion / other means to increase my compensation is on the way. I do hope it pushes through. I am very positive about this but I just wanna make sure that I see it in my workday profile before I say that my compensation goal is achieved :)
The best thing in my team now is that they all want to be in DXC. Majority of them are fresh graduates who are very eager to learn. My senior resources are also very willing to teach / mentor those fresh graduates. So I really have a perfect team as of the moment
My manager is very open and honest about what is happening in our team and also with my personal growth. He is also very approachable when I ask him about my salary and the status of increase / promotion. Most of the time, he does not really wait for me to ask. He simply updates me if there are news
