Fast pace and team support to which most of my peers are doing a great job to help the company strive further. Being said for us to stay long and be happy and more productive an increase to our salary will be much appreciated

They do what is needed. But I am currently doing a hard time to implement the role due to system constraint. I need the leadership to look in to it as I can not rely on the syatem soing a alow job
