I still admire my teammates for the camaraderie given the fact that most of our colleagues from ANZ left.

assess employees' needs, improve benefits,pay and rewards, become more competitive with other IT Solutions companies to resolve higher attrition.

we keep having one on one updates, informal catch-up and the like, we keep providing insights, issues however it's not being acted upon. It's not our manager's fault but probably the higher management's response to all. Higher attrition should be addressed asap as we are lacking resources already

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

I've been with the company for 2years and I haven't experienced a "Bonus" or simple pandemic allowance. WFH is NOT that easy, in fact we are forced to do overtime work and even lunch break is not being held appropriately. WFH means working more as management thinks you are at home
