The team itself. Collaboration, humanity, team and coporate goals over individual goals and constructive interaction where we all learn from each other. The best think in DXC it's their people and I feel proud of being part of a great one.
As manager of a strategic area where we're leading the local market, I feel I'm underpaid, though I know my managers do their best to recognize and reward my job. The problem is a historical lack of compensation plans that still needs to be addressed though initial steps have been taken.
