
A mix, positive things such as new challenges every day demanding best out of you, good team atmosphere, good work opportunities. On the downside, not market competitive compensation, no regular merit increases & no or less communication, costlier benefit perks, fluctuating promotions guidelines.

Low pay, unfair pay, no recourse except to quit.
No discrimination on the basis of color, gender, age etc.
At least have good and friendly atmosphere in the team, appreciate each other work and effort
There are good people in the team, and we go out of our way to help each other. Company culture appears driven by recent arts graduates.
Compensations are not market competitive, no regular process on merits, merit increases are not aligned with inflation, external hires are paid way more than despite less experience provided they may not have DXC IP experience.
Wages are a core part of the motivation for working. Even with great colleagues, a good manager, and a feeling of satisfaction gained from the work, the lack of transparency and fairness around wages sour the experience. Solution: More transparency and fairness around wages.
I am not finance expert or executive and but there appears to be some wrong. When DXC was formed, it had approx. 23-24 billion $ revenue but now it's almost half of that, profit also has reduced to half, other factors are showing declining trend, so what are we missing?
