The flexibility of work schedule and remote environment and the positive support around family/home life and the importance it has.
I think we are trying to make significant progress around company culture and in some areas DXC does it better than anyone else as far as caring about the overall wellbeing of the employees and that their families and home life matter.
In the time that I have been here raises have not happened and while I am understanding we are in some difficult times with the economy and overall environment, this seems to be the DXC standard to not give raises or promotions. Our benefits are also expensive.
