Nothing positive. When Chris Drumgoole says that there is no hike due to EPS for shareholders need to be paid then no one cares about CULTURE OR ENVIRONMENT.

Nobody recognizes individual efforts. All are concerned about hiring college grads to lower cost. Supporting the grads, training them, helping them is left to people who are not recognized. HR or leadership doesn't even care of salary hikes for tenured mid mangement resources.

Hikes not given to mid level management resources. Compared to other companies they are 40 to 50 % paid less. If you concentrate and think of hiring college grads then quality will go down. Not giving decent hikes to old resources is WRONG.
