I have remained loyal to the company because I manage team who are loyal to me and they are incredibly talented. I honestly I am not sure I would have lasted this long at DXC if was not for my team and my peers.

We support each other 100%. As a manager I truly can say I have the best team they all work hard and go above and beyond with every project and task that we are engaged in.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
The new leadership is younger from previous years which will bring new visions and life back into the DXC. It will take some time to rebuild but so far it sounds like the new leadership is up for the challenge.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Internal support tends to always be eliminated from any merit or bonuses. I have personally have not received a merit in over 5 years. Internal support teams often work just as hard if not harder as those that support external clients.

Offshore less (India). Stop allowing India from creating one off businesses processes or provide recommendations that only support their culture and region. We are a global company and every application or process that is in place needs to be evaluated and reviewed holistically.
