They're very fiscally responsible and do a great job to ensure that the company is always in a solid position from a financial standpoint, namely EBITDA.

They've proven that they can guide the company through crises and challenging economic circumstances. I also appreciate their measured stance towards growth (not over-hiring during booms, not over-firing during busts. Plus, they are committed to maintaining our ERGs and advancing inclusion.

Compared to other companies, Epiq doesn't pay as well (especially when compared to companies that deal primarily with technology). Considering the financial health of the company, the rate of growth, the profit margins, and recent divestiture of GBTS, workers deserve a slightly bigger share.

Without question, our employee resource groups (ERGs). Our ERGs represent the very best of Epiq, and it's really heartwarming to work with so many people who value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Plus, I really appreciate the leadership buy-in from the CEO down to front-line managers.

Every team I've ever worked with here at Epiq has been full of very high-level performers with lots of talent. The people here at Epiq get the job done. Plus, so many of my wonderful colleagues are truly bought in to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Given record revenues and profits the past few years, compensation can be better across the board. I appreciate that our Executives are very focused on EBITDA, but I sometimes wonder if they're too cautious in their approach. I would not say I'm undervalued, but there's room for improvement.

Interacting with fellow leaders of our ERGs. Our ERG leadership space is the best professional circle I've ever been a part of. It's by far the most friendly, collaborative, and innovative group I've participated in. The biggest reason I stay with Epiq is our Culture & Community program, our ERGs.
