Really rubbish at communications, found out this week that for the past 2 years i have been eligible for commission on growth that we bring to the company, but they wont back date any payments. they say we are a culture and they care, but i dont think they do, the SMT look out for themselves

Small increments to salary - 5% doesn't do a lot to a take home salary, makes the uplift almost pointless. Then to be told no additional funds are available, but have the CFO constantly speak of how much cash is in the bank account is very insulting

Product decisions need to factor in what clients need / want more than hat the SMT deem is required. asking for a modification to complete an unfinished piece of work requires SMT sign off slowing the process and s counter intuitive when one of the company goals is to "delight our customers".
