  • Depends on the job type. Then for management, the interview is usually conducted by the district manager and maybe the Sr.Dir of Operations. Situational questions and some basic math.

  • I only work P/R so a lot of things don't apply to me. I strictly stick to my P/T schedule even though I am often asked to cover other days. I don't feel pressured to come in. I just say no.

  • Like any big company the culture is very down to earth and caring. Leadership is always forthcoming and helpful. Promoting from within is a priority. Always looking for top notch management and great hourly employees. Hope this gives some insight.
