It is the best experience I have had in my career. I feel like an important part of the team. Micromanaging does not exist. My team has weekly meetings to discuss what we are working on. and any issues we are having and how to improve they way we work. Lots of ideas shared.

I feel like it is a company that is built for people who love to do what they do at work. High level of trust. The power is in the teams doing the work to determine the best approaches, design, and how to achieve the goals.

The leadership team at TH1 is the best that I have experienced in my long career. What they do: Welcoming, and make me feel important. Open door policy, and are accessible. Listen to concerns and address them. Regular meetings for current and future statuses & plans w/candid/difficult conversations.

Everyone I met at Th1 are highly intelligent, forward thinking, very interesting (especially hobbies) and easy to talk to. Through Slack channels at Th1, I have found many teammates that have similar interests as I do. I feel like I belong to a global community. Everyone is respectful to each other.
