Strategy trusted a liar for an executive with no business acumen but was a bully

Think the commission plan is a bit skewed against me. No annual bonus or raises.

Care about each other, try and do a good job each day. Good at what they do
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Adapting, no plan that I can see we talk about growth but don't see a plan to help us grow. Everything seems to be at the last minute
