I would love to see all areas of the business collaborate with each other to identify and resolve complex issues cross departments.
The rate of pay is not in alignment with other businesses in same field. The responsibilities seem to outweigh the benefits. This year our benefits (insurance) rates increases and also added charges that were not in our previous plan and the benefits themself are not as good.
