Fix the technology and many of the current problems will disappear.
Stop forcing reservations to forward calls to Hilton Grand Vacations. Timeshares are a rip off and we should not be sending trusting customers to the slaughter.
The company needs to hire technical people to answer tech questions about the Hilton Honor's App. Reservation agents aren't paid enough to do this job. We're too busy trying to figure out how to make the reservation system work.
