It is definitely NOT the stellar company it once was, nor how the LDS envisioned it. Since becoming CEO in 2016, Dr. Marc Harrison and senior leadership have practically run employee morale into the ground. Thousands of positions eliminated, PTO and benefits cut. Bring back Utah's values!!

Bring back the old PTO accruals and raise the new hire accruals. For the first 5 years you only get 4.5 hours a pay period. Thats pretty sad.

Honestly, i only see it going downhill because of position cuts and dumb decisions like closing community pharmacies. It's like they have no common sense or concept of what its like to be a normal person. I dislike the politically correct nonsense happening as well. No one can be themselves anymore.
