
Leadership takes all my energy and enthusiasm with their weird attitude and way of "working along with us". I do not feel supported.
To show more appreciation for the job workers do and leadership needs to demonstrate more interest in the process. They need to show they are wiling to help because currently that is not noticeable.
The best thing about our team (Excluding our direct leadership) is that we all complete the job supporting each other. Even we are all different, at the end we all get together to get the goals completed.
I feel like leadership does not pay attention to us. Specially to the way we feel. Our opinions do not count, or at least that's that way it feels/seems to be. Leadership constantly offers more and more hires but they never ask how we are feeling with the process or if we need any type of support.
I feel like if we are bilingual we should get paid a bit more. At the end, we are spending 10 hours a day in this place and we are bringing lots of people to the company (isn't that important). We do receive a bonus but for some reason if feels like we are not completely important for the company.
