Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes, I sacrifice my own rest days and personal life just to achieve targets/quotas. It's tiring and it's fun but I wish that we would be compensated since we are sacrificing a lot of personal matters for this.

I have one year in this company and never had a new training regarding my position. We have done a great job but never had felt good about it, no recognition from our bosses or prices or good benefits. We dont get paid enough to be motivated. NO MOTIVATION AT ALL.

Low basic pay. Make basic pay higher and add more incentive (performance and for those who take more OTs).

The scope of my work is quite large. In other companies, it would normally be done by 2 people or more. A consistent annual salary increase would definitely be a big moral boost.

More communication between departments and less focus on rush assignments and projects. Setting unrealistic goals for client expectations hurts everyone in the long run.

Less tests Takes to long and people gets bored To much interviews, one interview is more than enough Clients have to much filters as well OPS just want native english....we are in Honduras Training Language so people who apply can get selected and we can offer that service.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are having trouble in the proper information dissemination and cascading of new or revised processes. Sometimes the leaders do not have or give out the same information which leads to confusion among the team members. I am sincerely hoping they clear it out first and decide on one update to give.
