What would you improve about your company's interview process?
dont higher teenagers to do adult jobs
Less tests Takes to long and people gets bored To much interviews, one interview is more than enough Clients have to much filters as well OPS just want native english....we are in Honduras Training Language so people who apply can get selected and we can offer that service.
