What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

To many lies and unanswered questions be more honest and transparent stop luring people in with promise if you are not going to follow through on them

Clients were always second guessing reporting output, and management had no solutions. Lots of clients were lost and downsizing commenced

The energy is not being fulfilled in the environment with unprofessionals

We are having trouble in the proper information dissemination and cascading of new or revised processes. Sometimes the leaders do not have or give out the same information which leads to confusion among the team members. I am sincerely hoping they clear it out first and decide on one update to give.
