My team is a shining example of diversity and inclusivity. We have individuals from over three continents who work together seamlessly, without any issues.

The only thing positive I found was that they will allow you to get paid while you are troubleshooting their equipment.

Just unsatisfied about the chrismast package we only got a piece of ham and cheese ball. Theres an issue that the highest operators took some of the budget.

the Operation team needs to operate under a bias goal .

New senior OM would be better

they just need to close the company

To show more appreciation for the job workers do and leadership needs to demonstrate more interest in the process. They need to show they are wiling to help because currently that is not noticeable.

Miscommunication towards work process, new rules must be discussed to everyone and explained well before executing, keeping team morale high by leaders and lastly, have respect to subordinates all the time.
