Penney – I have been a customer for over 25 years. customer service has gotten worse. !!! rep will take the info. then hang up the phone. i find my self calling back 3 to 4 times. i hear kids in the back ground. i have spoken with a few people that have stated they have been HAVING THE SAME ISSUES.
