It's a great company but our shift personally could be better, better communication overall at the plant, I feel like we aren't paid enough for what we have to do, most of the time working the jobs of two, sometimes even three people and getting paid for one job.

Motivation! The team needs motivation! They need someone to tell them what they're work actually means to the company, how it effects other people and so on.

When we're full staffed, appreciated, motivated, the leads and heads of the company are in positive moods and caring. And everyone is getting along, communicating well with each other.

People need to talk and communicate to each other, people need to start caring about the job and the lines they're working, it really is just a motivation issue, I used to love going to work it was such a positive place, now it's gone so downhill...
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I do feel undervalued, we work really hard, and a lot of employees that deserve recognition don't get it. There's some really hard working people at our plant that deserve much more appreciation, even just a "hey you're doing great I like how you.." or "hey you could use some work in this area"
