Teamwork. And working constantly at a fast pace so they are not slowing the whole team down

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Failure to discipline / deal with non productive employees. Attendance issues are the biggest problem. The current policy is too lenient and needs to be revamped. Let people go if they are not a good fit for the company. It's a business and not a charity. You do no one a favor by retaining failures.
