Joining the Sales Enablement team has really been a positive and reassuring experience. I definitely feel like I know where I stand with everyone.

My team is active and engaged with each other. We do regular team building exercises and have no issue with asking each other for help now and then.

My team is very close and openly communicative. We are able to jump in and help our peers on difficult projects and otherwise support each other. This is by far the most tightly knit team I've ever been on.

I have a uniquely close team and I realize that I'm lucky for that. I'm able to speak openly with my manager, my director, and my senior director. I feel comfortable in being able to communicate with our EVP too.
