
Everyone is really accepting and nice. We all want the same things, so everyone understands each other.
Everyone is really nice and generally wants to work with you as opposed to trying to put you under the bus.
Paid time off is probably at the top. I wish we got a few more days, but we get more than some others so I can't complain too much.
They take time to check in on me to make sure I have the things I need. They try to fight for me when it comes to issues, finances, etc.
While not excited to work, that has less to do with Nextiva and more to do with working in general. When we worked in the office, I enjoyed the coffee and occasional food. Working at home, I get to be comfortable and work at more of "my pace."
