It's a job and time on the resume, and I've made some friends but that's it. Do more than just send excessive daily emails saying "we need more money" and having such a hire to fire pathway for employees. Retention is clearly not important. Eric left, Christine left, countless managers have left, the AE turnover is insane. Tomas better use that $200m really well.

Constant change, often for the worse. No real sales strategy other than "call more and sell more" meanwhile clients get overcalled and annoyed. Quota is way too high and never adjusts for YoY and current market trends. Zero quota relief for sick days or training. My manager unfortunately is unqualif
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
My job is literally being outsourced to a 3rd party that has a 10% close rate and pays their employees $4 an hour no commission. My leads, 60%+ of them, go to this cut-rate contractor when I need those leads to sell. When I don't hit quota my manager is all too happy to put me on discipline.
