Nothing notable. It was a normal interview process. I think the company really impressed me when I started in the role and with the onboarding process.

I am a long term thinker and really need to be able to see myself being able to make my job work in the years to come. At Nextiva I feel like I can plan my life and I have balance that would keep me here, and happy, for a long time.
