Samsung: Waste of time and experience
Dell Technologies: It is amazing! They really care about employees and their wellbeing
GE Renewable Energy: Lost of good ideas, but they do not always translate into results, due to to many equally high priority tasks, lack of resources and people being pouched. Lastly we are not good at celebrating our successes nor focus on the fun part of work (as people are too overloaded) demotivates people.

Engineers at the company are thought to be replaceable with contractors and management is the core skill set.

GE Renewable Energy: Was once a place full of enthusiasm that valued us as workers... now a place that takes a little more away from us each year. Also, never a clear plan on fixing our largest REN biz detractors is frustrating. Seems like they always constrain NA as a response to other REN segment non-performance.
