TaskUs: It has been very fast. Despite a lot of great things, there is a pace that requires much intentionality to maintain and expectations that are not always realistic or thought of thoroughly before being made.
Lonza: OT is the only way here. OT without acknowledgement, compensation or recognition for results. Several senior scientists/leads hardly work demanding scientist/RA/engineer folks to get work done without support. Calls and emails on weekends and vacations is a norm. Severe pressure, passive snd active.

Depending on what area you work at you will get more bad customers than good. They hire any loser you can no call no show all you want you won't get fired!

Foundever: It has been a great experience so far, I have earned many things personally and I have been able to learn new things. Overall, I do recommend Sitel but I believe other industries are paying more for the same job and that's why people used to leave the company.

ArcBest: If you work anywhere long enough, you will get frustrated with one thing or another. Don't expect your experience with ArcBest to be any different. That said, the culture and people are amazing. Fort Smith is also a great place to live. All of these factors make ArcBest a wonderful place to work.

TaskUs: taskus is my first company and i think having to work with them in the past 7 years and a half says a lot already. they gave me different experiences from being a teammate to a support employee and the culture and benefits are to be commended as well.
Foundever: I get to say I am grateful to have a job but there are so many areas of opportunities that I get to feel that nothing I do is enough. And leaders are supposed to lead by example and they keep on doing the opposite.

My performance is still top notch as I keep crushing every KPI every single month the favoritism that runs in the company has taken it's toll. So overall pretty average
ArcBest: I think when they cut pay in all our departments the morale dropped. Then we read where the CEO gets huge raises. As we all struggle to deal with inflation it has dropped the desire to go above and beyond.

ArcBest: I honestly believe that there isn't a better place to work at. It is a great feeling to wake up in the morning and feel good about going to work. That is a rarity to have about your work place. The atmosphere, people and company are top notch.

This particular site needs more employee / management engagement, continuous education or workshops for leadership across the board (Coaches, OMs, LMs) on how to interact with agents and still do their jobs, overall we just need fresh mindsets and happier people.
