Everbridge: We were acquired about 5 months ago. Definitely a different feel. I feel the product is amazing and the world needs something like Everbridge. However, I feel poor leadership has allowed almost 50% of sales to leave. People leave bad management not companies.

City Facilities Management (US) LLC: Is been great, been with City for almost 5 years and I have grown professionally and individually. I have great mentors and role models and this company has showed me tremendous support.
Everbridge: Not many opportunities to grow at other offices outside of Burlington and teams are silo-ed based on location. This makes its hard for people to move laterally, let alone vertically.
Everbridge: Been here for 13 years. Do not plan on leaving anytime soon.
City Facilities Management (US) LLC: Overall I would say it is just okay here. The work is simple but the amount is overwhelming.

Encore Event Technologies: Communication!!! Tell us when there is a delay in getting a product to us. Our constituents want to know. There is a problem with them listening and telling us if something wi,l work or not. They just ignore the questions. Then try to play nice!! Not professional at all!

Everbridge: I think the company cares about its perception both internally and externally. As a whole, the company seems to understand that we are a growing company which means we will have many unforeseen challenges, and opportunities at the same time.
Everbridge: Onboarding is lacking. Disconnected in the team. Unsure who people are, who does what, etc. but part of that is lack of onboarding. Also "priorities" seem to be a bit all over the place. Lastly, disappointed that they will be forcing vaccination. Health should be a choice.

The UPS Store: I love the hours I can't always get to UPS on time before they close but this UPS is wonderful they don't close till 6:30 p.m. Love it! And the customer service is wonderful and fast!

TowneBank: Company promotes having fun, and they support a flexible work schedule to promote a nice work/life balance.
Everbridge: Too many acquisitions in a short period of time - nothing is fully integrated so the backend is a disaster. Sales Engineers are overworked and leaving, Onboarding Specialists are Taxed and Account Managers can't keep up this pace of the "pile on" mentality. No one in upper management cares.
