Medallia: It has gone downhill a bit. Started off loving Medallia, but leadership does little to address ongoing frustrations around compensation and lack of fairness.

iFIT: I love the IFIT brand! Reasonable pricing. I have an upright bike that works with the IFIT programs. I really enjoy getting to pick different sceneries for my rides. IFIT customer service has been top notch. I received this item at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review.

GFL Environmental: Driver pay is 17 an hour. 50k bring home. Helper pay is 13 an hour. 30k bring home. Everyone else on average makes 115k a year in a office of some sort. But the drivers and helpers are out in the elements 12 hours a day. Cameras that have AI and watch every move you make in side the truck and out.

AVI-SPL: Like any large company they have pros and cons. Far reaching always have a couple jobs lined up. But there's always issues with them. Whether it be material shipments, missing equipment, poor blueprints etc.. it's part of the game of doing contract work.

It has the feeling of the old boys club sometimes, overall, pay is good, benefits are great, but if you are a visible minority, it may be challenging.

HubSpot: In the tough IT industry, I wouldn't say it's "easy" to work for this company. We need to act and pivot quite fast. However, I am confident that the experience I'm going through in this company will help me throughout my career.

SHI International: Very underpaid while the CEO is a multi-billionaire. She receices praise for being a woman CEO yet doesnt take care of her women employees. The organizational structure at the company is just a mess.

Insight Global: I'm just not paid fairly and it's a slap in the face. I am a Lead but act partially as a Sales Manager and have a base of $50k. My commission structure is less than half of my counterparts, I am told that I'm a manager of Pro's but my base is literally $50k.
