Curative: This is a company that is unique. Very young, but with an amazing short track record of success. Future strategic plans are a little vague, but very exciting.

HubSpot: Been good so far, some things have been moving slower than usual and sometimes it is hard to stay motivated. Appreciate the kindness of my co-workers, being around them is energizing.

Klaviyo: I think there are a lot of great things about Klaviyo - we have a good product, I like my immediate team and manager etc. The broader sales org has some issues thought. Leadership can be cliquey and the systems we have in place dont always seem good for employees. Almost taking advantage of us
Klaviyo: While I have only been here for about 5 months, the experience has been amazing. It started with onboarding, and has been matched with great leaders giving us the tools to accomplish the goals we have in front of us.

Curative: So far I am elated. This company has potential and has proven it. To be where Curative is post pandemic and have a plan to evolve says a lot about its commitment to its employees and its mission.

Redfin: My overall experience has been great at Redfin. I really enjoy being part of an organization that makes an impact in so many lives. My team and manager have been one of the best teams where my opinions and insights are heard.
Paycom: I was able to move around and learn a lot about many roles. I have had the opportunity to work on projects that impact the overall growth of Paycom.
Radancy: Overall, it has it's ups and downs. But lately it has been a lot of downs and doesn't seem to be getting better.
Klaviyo: It has been turbulent to date unfortunately. My team is very small but still moves at a rapid pace, not always in sync of the rest of the broader team. Information is not often shared when needed, and when it is, there are common disagreements over what the information actually is being shared
HubSpot: I have had a wonderful experience at HubSpot. I am very happy to be with the company. It is my first tech role and I love the pace.
Curative: This is a fast pace company. Things can be change weekly. However, this company give many individuals an opportunities to learn and growth at work.

nCino: Looks shiny on the outside but everyone is drinking the koolaid. Great place to start your career but the only good advancement path is for managers, otherwise you'll be overperforming/underpaid because IC promotions are time-based. Managers are largely useless.

NuVasive: NuVasive is a good place to work. They just have a hard time on deciding where to focus and how to provide the approrpiate resources to take projecta to the finish line. This ends up creating competing priorities for multiple segments of the business. Overall, a lack of work/life balance.

But when it comes to restoring service the night mare begins. SWG doesn't inspect their customers service lines, they leave it to the city or county
Klaviyo: My team is great and I think more junior employees have a tremendous impact at Klaviyo -- but don't get enough recognition. Leadership is incredibly indecisive which makes it very hard to plan. We need stronger leadership. Also, too many people leave (get fired?) without saying goodbye.

Automation Anywhere: The culture is awful. They are trying to get better, I think, but until they remove the nepotism issues and the sexism, it will not be a good place to work. Lots of bloating at the top, micromanaging of good employees, and no empowerment of even director level employees.

Klaviyo: I love the work we are doing at Klaviyo and am pleased to wake up and go to work each day. I wish the leadership team was more visible and communication was better shared downstream, though. As we grow we need to find efficiencies with more process.
Paycom: Paycom has been where I've started my professional career out of college and Lord willing it is where I will retire. I've worked hard every moment I've been employed here and it's paid off for me tenfold.

Barracuda Networks: I think barracuda as a company tries to do the best for the employees. However, I feel there inconsistency among departments. For example, the sales team is not cohesively trained on everything they are responsible to do. Some reps know what they need to do and others don't.
