Western Governors University: WGU fails to take constructive criticism from anyone who is not a high-level executive. Employees feel unheard, lied to, and like they are only peons because of this. Morale is consistantly getting lower, pay isn't great compared to the industry, and attrition has been a real problem.

Shred-It: Customer service and responding to emails/calls is TERRIBLE! No one answers your email. Wait time on hold is minimum 45 min-60 min! Don't HANG UP on your customers when they need help. So frustrated with this company! Cant even get them to come and pick up the consoles!

I also have a horrible work life balance and I do not always been that this company brings out the best in me. Positive - The people here are amazing.

American Girl: The online ordering site, call center customer service and turn around for returns and refunds! I had to order 2 complete dolls when I made an error on the first order and am now waiting for a refund 10 days later.

HubSpot: CAM role specifically is grossly underpaid. I have to sell a lot more than everyone else to hit my quota since we lose 20-50% of every deal. I would rather have a higher salary since I'm doing so much consulting and less commission since we have so many restrictions on what and how we can sell
Insight Global: Our office has been through some tough times since I started here in July 2020, but I don't see myself anywhere else. I am invested in the people around me and want to grow with them.

HubSpot: I've been here for a year. Joining during the pandemic was a little difficult, but they did their best to make me feel welcome and connect me with others in the company. RingCentral: Good benefits offered is one of the reason I like about RingCentral. While there is no 14th month pay, they manage to provide different stress reliever activities and open opportunities that will fit my skills/talent. They have yearly giveaways for tenured employees, but I'm not sure for this year.
HubSpot: I have just been at HubSpot for a few short months but have enjoyed so much about the people, culture, and my position.
HubSpot: I have been working at HubSpot for less than 6 months but I really wake up everyday excited to login to work. I see great opportunities for my career and I have a manager who is invested in seeing me do well. I like our mission as a company and feel I need to do my part to make it happen.

I have had several experiences of microaggressions and other harmful behaviors directed toward me by both colleagues and customers, and HubSpot's response has always been to just assume good intent.
HubSpot: Welcoming atmosphere, I am respected and my opinion is valued. I am not micromanaged and I have autonomy.
HubSpot: I've been at HubSpot for a long time and I've been really happy to see our company embrace change and speed. There are tradeoffs always, but it always has felt we balance those well. I'm still a little hesitant on the bimodal strategy since that's two strategies masked as one.

Everbridge: This has been one of the best corporate environments I've worked in throughout my career. That said, there is significant room for improvement because the company has grown beyond its upstart status, and needs to implement processes that are more reflective of its considerable development.

HubSpot: HubSpot has been growing and adding a lot of customers as well as product features. There are unlimited growth opportunities for employees and the people and culture are great.
RingCentral: I have been with the company for quite a while and I can say the company provides a good compensation if not the best. Love the environment and how culture council and the company takes care of the employees
HubSpot: It has been a mixed bag, it is not as inclusive as it says it is, it is NAM centric with everyone else as a second thought. My manager is incredible but if she wasn't here I wouldn't be either
HubSpot: It's good overall, but the workload can be overwhelming at times, we take on too many unplanned tasks impacting our quarterly plans, our team is at its full capacity at all times. I'd like to have more senior and experienced engineers on my team.
