Being able to help others find a role that they enjoy. I've helped change lives in the middle of a recession and global pandemic. That's pretty cool.

The highest commission cap for Professional Recruiters is significantly lower than for Account Managers (8% vs. 23%). I understand WHY this is this case, but the gap is drastic. If Pro Recruiters are the backbone of the company, as stated prior, I believe our cap should be raised to reflect that.
