Benefits keep getting more expensive, but the salaried SMs have not gotten a raise in 2+ years.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It is completely based on appearance and charm. You meet with between 4 and 6 people during your initial interview, where you are judged on your clothes, your physical appearance, and your tenacity and it's applicability to sales.
