Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing that various roles make the same as my base with no direct reports is a bit disappointing. I feel like the field leaders manage markets, people and high expectations.

Higher commission tier for 30K+ individuals. Would incentivize us to keep sales high/at that level.
