What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits now include counseling services available with a licensed therapist/counselor. This is a HUGE, life changing benefit which removes cost as a barrier and helps in removing the stigma surrounding mental health.

I would describe it as a healthy culture. People are respectful of each other. We live out our values daily and it is palpable.
