I like how they make my (and many individual's) personal and professional goals just as important as the overall company goals. They are very transparent about important company initiatives and understand that the people are what make company goals possible.

If you work hard, you earn more money. Although commission is not just handed out, you are able to see the reward of your handwork in your paychecks. There is no cap to commission you can earn, and the goal set to get commission paid out are reachable.
