What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I think salaries should be reevaluated based on cost of living, I do like the opportunity I have to earn bonuses each quarter.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market where I live compensation does not match cost of living. On top of the day to day responsibilities of my role a base increase would benefit the amount of pressure and stress.

I do not feel undervalued about my compensation. I feel that the company hasnt done the best job with explaining things that are going on with our stock options. One min its going public going public and the next min its not but we dont know what the plan is when it comes to our stock options.
