They actually care about employees as people. I had my first child this year. My direct leader, their leader (VP), and their leader (COO) were all so supportive of my pregnancy and my maternity leave. I never felt like I had to choose between being a good mom and being a good employee.

The pay rate is good for my role and experieice i appreciate tbe paod mental health care. Id like better medicsl benefits that are less costly kurnodnpockets.
