Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparable roles for my experience and my title have a starting pay at $10k or more above what I make.

We all genuinely take care of each other. Yes, it's important to focus on our work, but we also have fun and support each other through the good and bad.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat employees like people. The COO even made a point of checking in with me when I came back from maternity leave--and I'm not high up in the ranks at corporate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The shared values are real. My leader cares about me as a person, not just an employee. Our team members trust each other to do good work while leading full and vibrant lives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually care about employees as people. I had my first child this year. My direct leader, their leader (VP), and their leader (COO) were all so supportive of my pregnancy and my maternity leave. I never felt like I had to choose between being a good mom and being a good employee.
