Squarespace: I love the autonomy. Egos are in check so people collaborate well and aren't cutthroat. Most importantly, I feel a real sense of work-life balance. I do feel an acute lack of inspiration and vision from leadership-it often feels as if we're catching up rather than innovating.
Squarespace: We're given a lot of independence and responsibility
Squarespace: While most of the company is great, I get a bad taste from some responses to employee concerns.
Squarespace: I have only been at SQSP for a couple months, but it has been the best job experience so far. My coworkers are talented, focused, and approachable. My work is challenging but my manager has reasonable expectations and offers plenty of guidance. I feel appreciated by the larger company.
Echo Global Logistics: Track and update website for booked loads. Improve customer service
Squarespace: I really enjoy working for Squarespace. I've been lucky to have the opportunity to grow my career here + work on projects with different teams. I do think we could improve our perks and culture a LOT (actual unlimited PTO, bonuses, sabatical prog, ++ shares, ++ swag) VS other companies in industry.
Squarespace: Talking with my coworkers throughout the day.
Squarespace: The culture is fantastic but there are a lot of fire drills and last minute changes which create chaos. The chaos then requires a lot of overtime to fix which affects everyone's WLB.

Dairy Farmers of America: I absolutely love the DFA way but as far as Pet Dairy applying that way its not going to happen. Our upper management needs to go. Our ability to succeed is limited by Sr Leadership, who are focused on their own brand and selling new solutions without fixing existing issues. Customers & Bridgers are suffering.
Newport Group: Worst experience during a hard time. I requested a hardship to withdraw money to purchase a home. All forms and documents were sent in with my request. They did everything in their power to over complicate the process. First they said my HR department signed their portion wrong; my HR department is
