Enshored: It's very overwhelming having to work in this company. Lots of my friends really want to be part of this company but they failed. So I'm one of the luckiest.
Days Inn: Only stayed here one week, and since have seen cockroaches scurrying around and mold growing out from the small fridge that is available to use in our room. We were given permission to bring our own fridge in,rather than management accepting responsibility and addressing the hazardous situation.

DoorDash: You guys can fire all your door dasher in my area I'm lucky if I get my food the dasher never showed up and said they delivered my food this has happened multiple times and I get screwed out of my money I will no longer use doordash and I will till all my friends not to use you guys either

Acceptance Insurance: This company expects their agents to do all of the heavy lifting, from customer service, prospecting, sales, admin duties to janitorial and handywork. Their expectations are very high yet the pay is very below average. They tend to lure in people new to the insurance industry with empty promises.
Avalara: They can stand by partner agreements on pricing and communicate better when large changes occur for our shared customers.

Shopify: Shopify has a different collective protocol then most companies. Strong work ethic + passion to learn + collaboration = Shopify workforce.
Klarna: enables online payments type that is complementary to a credit. Thus for customers who have less expensive account products and their card is not suitable for online payment a direct bank transfer is possible.
Groupon: The company is on a mission to build back their brand, and they are doing so with honesty and authenticity. While they are on this mission, they are holding their values close, especially those of DEI. It's impressive to see such a tight, values-driven focus on this goal.
Enshored: As a probationary, so far so good.
ProQuest Business Solutions: Poor management and integration between the many mergers. If you're competent you'll do 10x the work of your peers that make 10k more.
Barracuda Networks: i love working at Barracuda. we all help each other and it's a really friendly environment.

Enshored: My journey although still a few months from my 1-year anniv has been great so far. There are typical scenarios where I'm a bit challenged with the tasks but that's for me to realize my room for growth. I love logging in catching up with friends from my team, accomplishing tasks, and logging out.
Enshored: So far, the experience is great given that we are working from home. It is very beneficial for me since i have a kid and i don't want to risk myself of getting virus and possibly bringing it home. The nature of work is also great since you get to enjoy the videos that you are watching.
