Overall satisfied but salary & leave benefits are relatively low compared to other BPOs. What we have is just the bare minimum for annual leaves. If other BPOs can offer 20 annual leaves (excluding sick leave), why can't we? team allowance is quite low too (100 per Hero!).

company can't keep up with its growth. salary alignment is slow and it abuses the dedication of the employees. Inflation is hurting everyone but policies are just being played around. Gazillion wfh sureys have been done but company insisted on RTO especially to employees who are close to the office

it used to be challenging yet fun but with the restructuring that happened, it shows that the Ops Mgr assigned to us cant adapt to our established culture. If you are outside their circle, it is unlikely that you will get promoted.

Our Ops Mgr has little understanding about our programs. You can ask her and she won't be able to provide a process.. But she's very quick at admin requests- change of sched/PTO approvals. You can observe that in our recorded meetings with the clients.

exposure to management but not properly compensated. I feel my salary is not aligned from the very beginning. I was promised a better position but until I asked, I'd not know that it would not push through. I work more or less of an ops manager position but with a salary of a senior team lead only
