Cato Corporation : There is no work life balance or accountability for upper management from District Management up. You rarely see the regional managers to discuss your concerns and when you do your district manager is right there with you. I worked for the company for 5+ years and was retaliated against for voicing
Regus: Regus' customer service is HORRIBLE. It is practically impossible to get a call back from anyone if you have a need or question...be it billing, internet not working for DAYS, etc. When i did finally get a local manager, and I asked why he wasnt returning my calls he told me I wasnt a priority!
City National Bank: Great customer service and products
Custom Ink: Five year employee. Every day is worse than the one before it. Managers were braiding each other's hair before they came to tell us we're doing mandatory overtime today, yet they had time to literally braid each other's hair. They've also been caught violating federal payroll laws more than once.

Enshored: The work-from-home setup is very convenient not just because of the pandemic but because in this setup we can be more productive as we have a lot of time working and doing our tasks done and even if you are not that feeling well you can still work while working we can still bonding with our family

Enshored: I've been here for just 2 months now so its hard to tell but so far so good.
Enshored: At first, I am really happy with the company. To be honest, when they change to 2.0 and have the new COO everything almost change. I'm just an agent, no position but I know to myself I'm seriously working on my tasks. I hope CEO will hear and see what is really happening now to the company.

LeafFilter Gutter Protection: The person who installed my LeafFilter system was jerking/pulling & tugging on the old hangers and in doing so, pulled the facia loose from the garage causing the entire gutter to fall to the ground. I've not been able to get anybody to fix the situation. They were once again a no show today.
Enshored: The culture they are trying to create in Enshored is by far great compared it to other centers. Some people just needs to learn people management and practice teamwork so the company will grow. But at the end of the day, I love being part of the company,I learned and continue to learn a lot everyday
iFIT: I love that it is quiet and that I can workout while my family is watching tv. I enjoy that it fits in the corner by my couch and is out of the way. I recieved this bike at a discounted price for my honest opinion.

Sonesta: Since starting work at Sonesta I've been seeing bulletin flyers about bonus opportunities and hiring kickbacks, but I see the majority of our staff doesn't make a living wage in the city we are located. I'm not sure if anyone has brought this to the attention of corporate so I will.

EMD Serono: EMD has a toxic environment especially at my department where recognition is actively discouraged and everyone works for themselves. It is a silo mentality at least within the department. Very poor leadership, especially mid-level managers and VP/Senior VP levels focused in process and not results.
symplr: I was acquired and felt immediately embraced by the company. The virtual "vibe" is amazing. We were virtual before covid. People really care about the work we do and helping our customers. Co-workers care about each other.
iFIT: I am thankful for the flexibility it offers. I enjoy being able to use with multiple brands of equipment to be consistent.
Cypress: This is a militaristic corporate climate, with just standard support for employees; very cold culture. Stay away if at all possible.

Enshored: since we are working with a new client, we need to be more structured with the process. management is good and people are approachable. Compensation is competitive but I hope Health coverage could start at day 1 and have at least 1 free dependent. this can help employee morale and retain them.

Vrbo: An ability to speak to a supervisor...It is ridiculous that there is no one to speak to about a very serious situation that occurred. I will never use this service again

HomeAdvisor: The contractor I hired was disrespectful and when I fired him for not returning to work ,I was told I could take him to Fair Claims court ,which I did. How I lost I will never know . I had proof of his negligence and rudeness but the system was rigged in the contractor’s favor. Very dissatisfied

Newport Group: I left my place of business. I called to close out my account with Newport. They charged me $25 to cut a check. 28 days later & still no check. Money is what this company is. No service or product, they manage money. So, either they are just bad with money, or they are thieves with a scheme.
Enshored: Salary increase. Change the leave approval system, current one should be 2 weeks before we submit, what if it's urgent but not an emergency but yet I have to go? I have no choice then but not to show up because it has to be a 2week noticeand it is not sure that your application would be approved.
GFL Environmental: The pay is absolutely too low. The benefits are very poor unless you are in management. Managers will lie to you about usung your benefits instead of trying to help you use and understand them. They frequently take your vacation days for any absence that you might have . Forget promotions .
