Can't think of any best part of my compensation package. Its just not bad nor too good either.

We can work at the comfort of our home because we are in the work from home set up

based on my experience, I like it when the interviewer is giving feedback to me. It boosts my confidence.

Our company allows us to work at home. I makes me happy because it gives me more time for myself.

It is not very stressful to work in our program. Their are no toxic teammates or leaders, at least in my experience

Our management always make sure to offer help when needed. One example is when the pandemic started, we transitioned to working from home and I had no equipment to use and they provided it for me and other employees.
