Pay is below average and benefits are okay. Would like to see Barracuda implement an ESPP soon and increase their 401K match to at least 6%.
Barracuda Networks: Started out strong because Barracuda was known in the industry as a nimble, progressive and fun place to work. That has slowed down a bit as the landscape and market has shifted. ROI is taking over relationship building.

MSH: Tragically I feel the system is broken and leaves many people with mental illness who actually are at a functioning level without any help/options before reaching a point where hospitalization is necessary.
First Advantage: The company has grown over the past 6 years. The people are what originally kept me at my company. I love the culture and the people I work. Now, I feel like we have leadership that can really drive success. I've seen that since our new CEO, Scott Staples came on a few years ago
First Advantage: I would like to see the company invest in rebuilding our products to work together instead of them being individual offerings that confuse both clients and employees alike. Other than that I feel we are heading in the correct direction.

Acelero Learning: I believe in the mission. I love the families and children. Leadership needs to reach out, and listen to what is needed. Great ideas come from above, but don't ask us if it's possible with the amount of people doing the job. I spend more time answering the door and phones than being an advocate.
E.W. Scripps: High deductible health plan is awful. Its almost like not having insurance. Seems like a bare minimum plan the company has chosen to pass costs onto the employees.
