On my first and second accounts, it was very hard for me because these accounts were closed. On my current account I feel very excited and curious at the same time. I am hoping that my current account would stay as long as the company stays.

Since we are a blended account, I guess the benefit is not quite equal to the workload.

they added my basic salary so I am so satisfied. Just waiting for my compensation to be updated

Teamwork and we communicate with each other well. Our team supports each other if some one needs something.

They are very helpful in improving my skills and very patient in giving me time to fulfill my work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the Performace Bonus. We strive to provide good quality to the customers and at the same time get performance bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued every time my Team Leader is saying that my effort is not enough for payment of the company or my salary
